We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ashley on a move from out of state and she came through for us in every way possible. We only had a few days in TN to visit homes and were looking at a very wide area (basically a 2 hour circle around Nashville). Ashley spent a lot of time with us via phone and email in the weeks before we arrived in TN, got a good feel for what we were looking for, and lined up the viewings for us in the most efficient way so as not to waste time. Even as we went from house to house, she continually checked for new listings that would fit our criteria to give us the most options possible. And the best was yet to come! Even after we found & purchased the house we wanted, Ashley kept on working to assist us as we set up to move from several states away. She did everything she could get information for us, keep tabs on repairs that needed to be made to the house and basically make our move to TN as smooth as possible. Ashley went above & beyond what we expected, and we will always be grateful for her help. Bottom line: If you are looking for a realtor you can trust to do her best for you, call Ashley Payne. Our family has been through several moves over the years, and we have never had an experience as good as this!
